River Trace Neighborhood

We bought 23 lots in the River Trace neighborhood, where we'll build 19-21 Habitat homes-- the first ever Habitat neighborhood in Anderson County! The 2 un-buildable lots will be transformed into community gardens.

We welcome individuals and groups to join us.  Please call our office at 375-1177 to get information about current projects, maps and other general information.

We just started our newest home for Eunice Welborn and her son Nicholas.  We are so excited to be building this home for such a  super-deserving family.  Eunice is a Staffing Coordinator at Corporate Staffing, and Nicholas is an honor roll student at Southwood Academy of the Arts.  Nicholas also plays the violin and the piano and is in the Beta Club.  They are both very active in their church, New Holly Light Baptist.  This house is not sponsored, so we will need lots of volunteers!
