What is a ReStore?

The Anderson Habitat for Humanity ReStore opened its doors in 2004 to provide a place for building materials and household items to be donated and reused. The store receives donations every day we are open. Habitat’s overhead is covered by profits from our ReStore. One hundred percent of monies donated to Habitat go directly to building homes.

Hours of Operation:

Monday – Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturdays 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

We accept all items in good/working condition except clothing. For example:

You may bring items to the store during our hours of operation (M-F 10 to 5 and Sat. 10 to 2) or call 864-375-1177 to schedule for a free pick-up. You will receive a tax deduction receipt.

Volunteer at the Restore:

We always need strong people to help load and
unload donations!

Call or come by the store during hours of operation and let us know you would like to volunteer, and we will put you right to work. We always have a need for volunteers at the store. You would help load/unload items for customers, clean, organize and merchandize.

We accept all types of store volunteers, whether you are retired, a student or in need of community service hours. If you are a church youth group or a business that wants to volunteer as a group, please contact us for further information.
